Pest Control Technician

Job Purpose: Provide pest control related services to prevent, maintain and control structural pests for residential and/or commercial clients.

Essential Duties:

Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions.
Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and pest issues.
Apply pesticides and pest management solutions safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Communicate service details, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, materials used, and customer interactions.
Schedule and perform follow-up services to ensure pest issues are resolved and preventive measures are in place.
Monitor and maintain assigned equipment, tools, and vehicle in clean and operational condition.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Physical Requirements:

Standing, walking, moving objects, climbing stairs, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements:

Must be able to pass a drug test, have a clean background, and have a valid driver's license (with a good driving record)
