Job seekers using the Platform to apply for roles must provide honest, up-to-date information. EnviroCareer does not influence employer hiring decisions and does not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Users should conduct their own verification before engaging with job offers.

4. User-Submitted Content

By uploading or submitting content (e.g., CVs, cover letters, company profiles, job posts), you retain ownership but grant EnviroCareer a global, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, modify, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, improving, or marketing the Platform.

5. Unacceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, deceptive, or misleading information

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or our staff

• Attempt unauthorised access to the Platform or another user’s account

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract data

• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

EnviroCareer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
