Pegasus, a leading subsidiary in our portfolio, is seeking a high-impact Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Pensacola, FL. In this critical role, you’ll work directly with the Pegasus leadership team to guide financial planning, drive performance insights, and support key business decisions.

🔍 What You’ll Do
📊 Business Partnering & Strategic Planning
- Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the Pegasus General Manager and department leaders.
- Translate financial data into actionable insights to support business strategy, pricing, product decisions, and capital investments.
- Lead and coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning aligned with Pegasus and corporate goals.
📈 Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze monthly results and KPIs, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and Prophix to support data-driven decision-making.
💸 Pricing Strategy & Margin Optimization
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Cost Accounting to evaluate pricing strategies and improve gross margin performance.
- Promote value-based pricing practices in line with Pegasus’ financial objectives.
📅 Forecasting & Scenario Planning
- Own the annual budget process for Pegasus, including variance analysis and executive-ready reporting.
- Create forward-looking financial models and planning scenarios to guide strategic decisions.
⚙️ Financial Systems & Process Improvement
- Be a power user of Prophix, Power BI, and Microsoft D365 to streamline FP&A operations.
- Build templates and models that increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.
🤝 Collaboration & Culture
- Facilitate cross-departmental conversations to align priorities and decisions.
- Support a feedback-driven, collaborative culture within the Pegasus team and broader finance organization.
🧩 What You Bring
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and data-driven business support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect financial outcomes to operational drivers.
- Experience using Prophix, Power BI, and Microsoft D365 or similar tools.
- Ability to operate independently and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
