Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives
- Provide leadership and direction for the IT department, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency, scalability, and
Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of networks and enterprise
- Ensure reliable backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Manage software and hardware lifecycles and
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Establish and enforce IT security protocols and best practices across the
- Monitor networks and systems for potential security vulnerabilities or
- Establish, maintain, and enforce AI policies and
Team & Project Management
- Coach and mentor IT
- Manage IT projects from initiation through delivery, including system upgrades, deployments, and integrations.
- Track and report on key IT performance metrics to executive
End-User Support & Training
- Oversee support services to ensure prompt and effective assistance to
- Develop training materials and facilitate IT onboarding and education

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Project management experience (PMP or ITIL certification is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, enterprise software, cybersecurity, and Generative AI
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and third-party vendors

Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background and drug screening tests upon offer of employment
- Valid driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record that meets company driving standards
