Responsibilities
We are seeking an energetic Telesales Representative who will assist with identifying customer’s pest needs over the phone and close sales. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and appropriately handle or direct incoming phone leads.
- Determine if pest control service can be sold over the phone. If it cannot be sold over the phone, set an appointment for an in-person estimate so a licensed technician can review the property and pest issue.
- Make telephone sales presentation and close the sale.
- Set appointments for outside sales inspectors to assist Branch in reaching budget goals.
- Solicit and sell residential pest control services as instructed by manager.
- Full participation in team meetings and training programs.
- Working modified shifts including evening and weekends as needed.
- Operating computers, telephones, electronic calculators, fax machines, copiers, printers, and any other equipment used to effect the efficient, timely operation of the Pest Sales Center.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
