Job Overview
APC Pest Control is a trusted and growing pest management company based in Hethersett, providing professional pest control services to residential and commercial customers across Norfolk.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Pest Control Technician or Trainee Pest Control Technician to join our team covering Dereham, Fakenham, Swaffham, and the wider North Norfolk area, including Kings Lynn.
No previous pest control experience is required – full training will be provided. We are primarily looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn.

The Role
As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for visiting customer properties, identifying pest issues, and providing safe and effective treatment solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
· Inspecting residential and commercial properties for signs of pest activity
· Identifying pest problems and potential entry points
· Carrying out pest control treatments including baiting, trapping and monitoring
· Providing customers with advice on pest prevention and hygiene
· Completing service reports and maintaining accurate records
· Maintaining company equipment and vehicle to a high standard
· Delivering a professional, friendly and reliable service at all times

· Reliable, hardworking and professional
· Comfortable working independently and managing their own daily schedule
· Practical and enjoys problem-solving
· Friendly and confident when dealing with customers
· Willing to learn new skills and develop within the role
Essential
· Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
· Previous pest control experience
· Experience in field service, maintenance, construction, farming, environmental services or similar practical roles
Full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
