OCS is looking for a dynamic and strategic Regional Manager to lead business in North, drive operational excellence, and uphold the organization’s brand values across the region. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for business growth, people development, risk management, and service delivery excellence.
🔹 Role Overview
As a Regional Manager, you will act as an ambassador of OCS, safeguarding and enhancing the organization’s brand equity.
You will drive change, ensure smooth functioning of operations across all branches in the region, uphold statutory compliance, mitigate risks, and implement strong financial controls.
This role requires a forward‑thinking leader with strong decision‑making abilities and a passion for operational excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📌 Regional Business Leadership Oversee P&L performance within the assigned region.
· Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
· Develop and implement regional business strategies aligned with organizational goals.
· Monitor OPEX and ensure cost‑effective operations across branches.
📌 Operational Excellence Ensure seamless operations across all sites under the regional remit.
· Implement OCS group policies, programs, and service standards at a regional level.
· Strengthen processes related to quality, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and risk mitigation.
📌 People & Performance Management Lead and mentor Branch Managers to ensure high levels of morale, teamwork, and employee engagement.
· Promote a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement.
· Set performance benchmarks and ensure branches meet or exceed targets.
📌 Compliance & Governance Uphold statutory compliance across all operational sites.
· Ensure all branches follow internal policies, audits, and financial controls.
· Reduce operational risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
