We are now seeking a Sales Representative for Cleanroom to join our operations team for a permanent position in our South Korea Laundry. Become a Lindströmer and help us make a difference!
Your key contribution areas
In this role, you will independently plan, execute, and grow your sales activities in line with the Lindström Customer Management Strategy and the renewed Lindström Way, focusing on the High Value (HV) customer segment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively identifying, targeting, and engaging pharmaceutical and biotechnology manufacturing companies as primary customers for Lindström’s Cleanroom Garment Management Services.
- Leading and managing the whole customer journey from Dream to Purchase with personal sales target
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of pharma and biotech High Value Prospects, leveraging industry contacts, events, regulatory trends, and contamination-control networks.
- Continuously searching for new opportunities within the pharma/biotech segment, including sterile production, biologics, injectable lines, cell & gene therapy, and cleanroom-intensive operations.
- Managing sales activities through CRM (Salesforce), ensuring the pipeline reflects pharma/biotech-specific opportunities, accurate forecasting, and progress tracking.
- Preparing high-quality, regulation-aligned proposals that address customer requirements such as contamination control, garment validation, gowning workflow optimization, and cleanroom risk mitigation.
- Collaborating with internal experts (Quality, Operations, Garment Development, Global Cleanroom Teams) to create validated service solutions that meet pharmaceutical customer expectations.
- Working closely with Marketing to develop campaigns targeting pharma/biotech industry segments, participating in relevant trade shows, cleanroom conferences, regulatory forums, and using digital channels to strengthen Lindström’s position in the life science market
- Signing high value contracts with customers.
What helps you shine in this role?
You may be early in your cleanroom sales career or already an experienced professional—what matters is your curiosity, drive, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong track record in acquiring new accounts and managing long-cycle, solution-based sales.
- Experience working with key pharma stakeholders such as QA, QC, Production, Engineering, Validation, Procurement, and understanding their decision-making processes.
- Knowledge of EU GMP Annex 1, ISO 14644 standards, cleanroom classifications, and related regulatory expectations.
- Signs of commitment and growth in sales career
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales pipeline management, and data-driven sales processes.
- Good command of English
