Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, identifying and pursuing business development opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets. The role involves creating sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and mentoring sales representatives to enhance team performance. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is essential to achieve company goals.
MUST have washroom experience
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans
- Strong client relationship management and customer-focused problem-solving skills
- Team leadership and mentoring abilities to drive performance and achieve sales objectives
- Excellence in communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and analyzing sales data for decision-making
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the hygiene industry or related sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
