The Senior Manager, Transformation, is responsible for orchestrating large-scale changes within the organization. They serve as a strategic thought partner to the business leads to drive projects from concept to implementation. They will work closely with the North American functional leaders to ensure project milestones are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with enterprise near-term goals and long-term strategy.
The Senior Manager will maintain alignment up, down, and across the organization as it relates to project goals, objectives, timeline, status, and deliverables. They will partner with Business Leads to progress deliverables within the program landscape and drive desired outcomes. They will engage in all aspects of program management, to include project planning, stakeholder coordination, governance, and change management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop long-term transformation roadmaps that align with the organization’s 3–5 year strategic goals
Oversee the full lifecycle of complex programs—from initial diagnostic and design to implementation and handoff
Ensure each program has defined scope, success criteria, measurable KPIs, deliverables, required resources, roadmap, and is clearly aligned to our strategic goals
Coordinate with the right stakeholders and SMEs across the organization to drive alignment, manage dependencies, clear roadblocks, and escalate decisions to leadership
Ensure proper risk identification and management
Enforce appropriate governance and reporting standards for the program to drive accountability
Ensure field-first mentality when designing solutions - conduct ride-alongs, interviews, utilize colleague advisory boards, etc.
Coordinate with enterprise change management to effectively communicate and implement change
Measure success of the program against the original business case / demonstrate positive ROI
Understand and develop strategies for project delivery that take into consideration their dependencies on other projects within their program and the interaction with other programs and business as usual
Identify resource needs for projects and secure the right level of support for successful delivery including business case development.
Maintain and improve tools, templates and processes used by program and project managers
Throughout the project, this individual is expected to make sure all project managers in their program develop and maintain documentation to manage and report on their respective project(s) progress.
Throughout the project this individual will be required to lead and participate in meetings. The objective being to both drive the program to success and report on progress throughout
Responsible for delivering communications that are clear, accurate and the right level for the audience.
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field OR equivalent years of experience. Equivalent years of experience are defined as one year of applicable professional experience for each year of college requested.
Master’s Degree preferred
Experience
8-12+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or program management
5+ years of management experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong commercial abilities with an attestable customer service focus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an understanding of key metrics and trends.
Excellent people management skills with demonstrable experience of leading a large, dispersed, and diverse workforce across multiple locations and geographies.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to operate effectively both strategically and operationally as required.
Outstanding communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels with a range of internal and external stakeholders including customers, employees, and suppliers as required.
Able to demonstrate strong levels of drive, work ethic and personal accountability with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining sound judgment and a rigorous focus on the details.
Acts with the highest standards of integrity at all times and builds enduring and trusting relationships across all key stakeholders
Base Pay Range: $125,300 - $162,800 / year
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).

Yearly: $123,600.00 - $168,200.00
