The Training Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including course enrollment, registration, rosters, and credits; maintaining the training calendar; and providing administrative support to the training department.
Key Performance Indicators:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage course enrollment, registration, rosters, and credits
Maintain training calendar
Communicate need for updated training material to responsible parties (Training Administrative Manager or Manager of Technical Training)
Oversee the California Worker Safety Training Program to include the calendar, scheduling trainers, creating and shipping training packets, organizing training rosters and other required documentation.
Print out training materials
Maintain supply of training department documents
Maintains Target Trak
Provide logistics and administrative support and day to day support
Other training administrative duties as required
Required Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administrative roles
Experience with managing training programs and resources
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Formal Education, Qualifications or Training:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in Adobe Suite
Strong written and verbal communication Skills
3+ years of experience in administrative roles
Base Pay range: $20.86 - $30.28 /hourly
While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).

Employees in this position perform work within customer's residences, property, and places of business often unsupervised and with access to vulnerable populations.
