Dynamic individual with minimum 5 years of experience. Responsible to support and administer actions relating to Payroll, Analytics, PMS, TA, Culture and Engagement, Training and Development matters.
Job Responsibilities:
Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Regional HR Business Partner, to integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis.
- Monitor and coordinate Payroll and associated aspects including reporting of monthly trackers and statutory and actuarial reports as applicable.
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with Operational goals
- Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.
- Continuously improve data collection processes, reporting standards, and analytical techniques. •SPOC (single point of contact) for all HR Operational activities for the region aligned
People Metrics & Insights:
- Measure and track key HR metrics to provide insights on workforce trends and business outcomes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, Training and Development, attrition and retention.
- Work closely with HR teams to collect and analyze the data and ensure data-driven decisions in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

- Proven experience in system upgrades, integrations, and project management.
- Good problem-solving and
troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues.
- Strong project management skills to lead and coordinate system upgrades and implementations.

- Bachelor's degree in HR or Master’s degree in HR preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing HR
