We are looking for a Central Europe Marketing Manager to join our office in Warsaw
The Central Europe Marketing Manager holds regional accountability for shaping and executing FMC’s marketing agenda across Central Europe, including Poland, Ukraine, Romania & Moldova, Hungary, Czech Republic & Slovakia, Bulgaria, and the West Balkans.
The role drives commercial growth through strong market insight, portfolio leadership, and execution excellence, ensuring tight alignment between FMC global and EMEA strategies and diverse local market needs. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant strategic influence and hands‑on responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute sub‑regional annual marketing strategies and plans aligned with commercial objectives and growth targets.
- Lead multi‑country product launches and life‑cycle management, including strategic innovations such as Isoflex and biologicals, from opportunity identification to execution.
- Drive market analysis (market sizing, segmentation, competitive intelligence, performance tracking) to inform strategic decisions and long‑term growth planning.
- Develop sub‑regional value propositions and product positioning, ensuring effective adaptation to local market realities.
- Act as a strategic partner to country marketing and sales teams, providing direction, frameworks, and tools while enabling strong local execution. Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, Regulatory, Development, Digital, and EMEA Marketing.
- Support integrated campaigns, marketing materials, events, and field activities to strengthen customer engagement and FMC’s brand presence.
- Monitor marketing effectiveness and continuously optimize plans to maximize commercial impact across the sub‑region
Your qualification:
- University degree in Agriculture, Biological Sciences, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in crop protection, biologicals, or ag‑chem environments
- Strong understanding of Central European agricultural markets and crop systems
- Proven experience leading multi‑country marketing initiatives and product launches
- Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to operate independently at regional level while influencing across countries and functions
- Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
- Advanced MS Office skills; Adobe tools a plus
