GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
- Provides critical technical contribution to the successful screening & development of Envu’s distinguished services/products in the VM market by screening, assessing, evaluating pipeline development leads & innovation ideas under field environments.
- Safely conduct field/laboratory/greenhouse evaluations. Summarize and report scientific findings via technical analyses in various written and verbal formats.
- Provides technical expertise in routine interaction with other Solution Development professionals, Tech Services, as well as functions in Formulation Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Digital & Data Science, and Commercial Operations.
- Lead field demonstration programs, customer interaction events, and industry association field days via providing technical know-hows and expertise in Envu’s offerings.
- Identify / optimize innovative ideas, through interaction with development specialists, universities researchers, technical directors, and other opinion leaders in market.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
Innovation
- Designing, implementing, managing and summarizing field experiments related to VM market. Possessing technical skills and experiences in solutions development for various market segments including Industrial Range and Pastures (R&P).
- Collaborate & communicate with internal stakeholders to plan, adjust, and follow-through on project driven workflows to deliver technical data and reports on-time on-budget.
- Demonstrate reliability & flexibility in work ethics to achieve planned objectives by utilizing personal expertise and available resources.
Science-sharing
- Effectively communicate technical findings in verbal and written format towards audiences of varying background in casual and formal settings.
Compliance
- Safe handling R&D materials/equipment/apparatus (pesticides, CO2 sprayers, ride-on sprayers, utility vehicles, drones etc.) and provide training to colleagues and staff on relevant topics.
- Maintain the highest level of safety standards for individual and teamwork performance in the laboratory, greenhouse and field setting.
KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Senior Solution Development Manager VM APAC, Head of Solution Development – VM,
Biologists and field-based development scientists executing research programs, Head of ANZ VM
Business, Collaborates with strat. and operational marketing. Leaders, Technical Services and Sales Reps ANZ, collaborates with country/regional regulatory affairs team, Serves as technical advisor on local committees
External: Scientific community of the region
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
Main requirements:
• Ph.D. or MSc degree or 5 years of industry experience in discipline research.
• Research experience in areas relevant to regional VM business
