Our Supply Chain team plays a vital role in ensuring products, services and customer requirements are delivered efficiently across our UK network.
We are looking for a Supply Chain Customer Service Team Leader to lead our Customer Service team, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Supply Chain Service & Projects Manager, you will be responsible for supporting team performance, process compliance and customer satisfaction.
Your Mission at Elis
Lead and support the day-to-day activities of the Customer Service team.Manage workloads, priorities and resource planning.Act as the first point of escalation for customer service and operational issues.Coach, develop and motivate team members through regular feedback and training.Monitor service performance and ensure KPIs are achieved.Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions where required.Ensure adherence to operational procedures and quality standards.Support recruitment, onboarding and ongoing development of team members.Assist with Supply Chain projects, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
What will make you stand out?
Previous experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role within Customer Service, Supply Chain or a similar operational environment.Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Experience monitoring KPIs and driving performance improvements.Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.Good knowledge of order management and customer service processes.Competent Microsoft Excel skills.Experience using AX or similar ERP systems is desirable.Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement Administration or Import/Export would be advantageous.
