GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA:
Under the guidance of the Regulatory Manager(s) for the assigned geography(ies), provide regulatory support by preparing, compiling, and submitting registration dossiers, coordinating interactions with regulatory authorities, and supporting responses to regulatory inquiries and requests for information.
Contributes to the development and maintenance of regulatory procedures and strategic regulatory positions, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO:
- Support Regulatory Manager(s) for the preparation and submission of registration dossiers for Envu product portfolio with the aim to achieve registration certificates. Ensure collaboration in logistics (printing, integration, listing of files with technical information and administrative support documents, as well as sample management if relevant, and vendor management, etc..) and carrying out the delivery.
- Support monitoring of the different regulatory procedures at government offices.
- Support checking label artworks for all Envu product portfolio ensuring compliance.
- Under the supervision of the Regulatory Manager(s) provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding strategic regulatory comments.
- Maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation and registration within regulatory global databases.
- Support Regulatory Affairs Manager(s) by preparing, compiling and submitting registration dossiers, including coordination with distributor partners and external stakeholders as required to support product registrations and lifecycle maintenance, and supporting responses to regulatory authority questions and data requests.
- Collaborate in stewardship activities and training promoting responsible use and handling of products; Support regulatory compliance activities related to Envu products in those markets.
ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?Main requirements:
- Educational background in Science (Biology, Agriculture, Chemical, Entomology, or other related fields), and master’s degree is preferred.
- Skilled in pesticide regulations & data requirements, familiar with fertilizer regulation is preferred.
- Work experience: Experience in pesticide and / or plant nutrients registration affairs.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional environment, good level of English (verbal and written).
- Ability to manage multidimensional situations and good problem-solving skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Skill for Office, D365, Power BI, etc.
