I am an experienced leader with a passion to apply digital technology to enrich people’s lives & work experiences and to apply my proven leadership skills to successfully manage teams and projects. In my past career I have demonstrated my ability to identify significant process improvements often in conjunction with digital information management and tools. To implement these improvements, I have applied good change management practices. For project approvals and process change management I have successfully demonstrated my ability to relate comfortably to individuals with various cultural backgrounds at different levels of the organizational hierarchy. To be continuously successful I work to maintain a high level of technical (Database, Programming), Research & Development (Agriculture) and general business and management acumen while taking on additional job responsibilities. I have applied strategic thinking qualities by recognizing trends and opportunities to align internal/external actions and resources to become an industry leader in my areas of expertise.
