About
I am an Environmental and Sustainability professional with strong field experience in agriculture-based environmental management, farmer engagement, and community development. Currently working as a Field Relationship Officer, I support smallholder farmers through training on sustainable farming practices, environmental compliance, post-harvest handling, quality assurance, and group-based financial inclusion initiatives.
I have hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement, data collection, monitoring, reporting, and community sensitization, with a strong understanding of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, occupational health and safety awareness, and sustainable livelihoods. I am passionate about environmental protection, climate-smart agriculture, social impact, and compliance with environmental and safety standards.
