What You’ll Do:
- Conduct pest inspections and treatments for residential and commercial clients across Northern Virginia, addressing pests like ants, spiders, bedbugs, mosquitoes, rodents, and cockroaches.
- Manage a part-time route independently, driving a company vehicle and applying safe, effective pest control solutions.
- Build trust with customers through honest, integrity-driven service, explaining treatments, ensuring satisfaction, and discussing additional services for peace of mind.
- Follow integrated pest management (IPM) practices and comply with Virginia pesticide regulations.
- Maintain accurate service records and collaborate with our tight-knit team.
Minimum Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Pest Control Technician at a large company (e.g., Terminix, Orkin, or similar).
- Current Virginia Commercial Pesticide Applicator Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for company vehicle use).
- Ability to work independently, engage positively with customers, and pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Comfortable with physical demands: using ladders, lifting up to 50 lbs., accessing crawl spaces/attics, and working in varying weather conditions with PPE.
- Desire to mentor new hires and grow into leadership roles.
