Green Pest Solutions is hiring an ambitious and energetic Home Inspector to grow our business in the lucrative Kansas City market. This position is responsible for understanding GPS pest protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers. We inspect the whole home, top to bottom, from attics to crawlspaces and around the entire perimeter. You will serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing the training to decide on the best overall pest solutions for each customer's needs.
You will help create spaces where people feel safe, healthy, and at ease. Ideal candidates will have successful experience with cold-calling prospective customers, developing relationships, preparing and presenting proposals, and closing sales.
Experience in the pest management industry is not required. We will provide paid training on pest management services, techniques, and protocols, as well as training on how to sell pest management services.
Position requirements:
- Ability to effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions
- Ability to set priorities with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with operations team to ensure the customer’s needs are met
- Achieve goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads
- Functional understanding of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn a new software program quickly
- Physical ability to inspect attics, and crawl spaces utilizing ladder, and inspect perimeter of residences
- High school diploma
- Valid driver’s license
Salary and benefits:
- First year base salary of $30,000 plus commissions of 12%-15%
