Warehouse Driver

Salary: £25,494.48 per annum
Driving licence and Counterbalance License required
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

If so, we’d love to welcome you to our Mayflower Swindon depot as a Warehouse Operative/ Driver, where you’ll play a key role in helping us serve our customers efficiently and professionally.
As a Warehouse Operative/ Driver, you will:
- Pick and assemble orders accurately, ensuring they are ready for dispatch
- Handle customer collections and ensure correct stock allocation
- Work closely with the Stock Controller to report stock issues, damages, or discrepancies
- Assist with goods-in processes and van loading when required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the warehouse
- Move and store stock safely, including operating a counterbalance
- Meet achievable pick-rate targets
- Carry out occasional driving duties to support depot operations
The ideal candidate will need:
- Previous warehouse experience
- A counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
- A full UK manual driving licence for driving-related tasks
- Good computer literacy
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn a strong commitment to safety and legal compliance
