Arborist Working Supervisor
Location: Templepatrick, covering NI
Salary: Competitive, from £35,000 plus benefits
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: 40 hours Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00
About the role
As an Arborist Working Supervisor, you will focus on the
day-to-day running of the contract, managing the planning and performance of
works and responsible for the supervision, coordination and delivery of
arboricultural contracts.
You will have responsibility for the current teams,
assisting the Contract Manager as required to ensure smooth operations and the
highest standards of performance. This includes ensuring all tree works are
carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards, while
maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal
teams.
Requirements
- CS
30, CS 31, CS 32, CS 38 & CS 39 tickets are essential for this role.
- Experience
in supervising teams and managing their workload & performance
- Strong
knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and risk management
- Pricing,
quotation of works and scoping of works when required
- CS 40,
CS 41, MEWP & PTI (Professional Tree Inspector) tickets are ALL
advantageous but certification and training can be gained in the role
- Emergency
First Aid at Work + Forestry certificates are desirable but not necessary,
as training can be provided.
- Full
Clean UK Driving Licence
