As an Accounting Manager, you will oversee financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, manage the month-end close process, and ensure accuracy across balance sheet accounts for multiple entities. Responsibilities
As an Accounting Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and leading a team to support business performance and compliance across multiple entities.

Responsibilities:

Ensures integrity, completeness and accuracy of company internal financial reporting information by adhering to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Assists in the month end close process including, but not limited to, pulling reports from company system, creating and processing journal entries and assisting Field Operations with questions, requests and adjustments all within tight deadlines
- Responsible for reconciling and/or reviewing all balance sheet accounts for six entities
- Manages accounting staff and monitors related processes to ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist the AR and Collections team with reporting to achieve the department’s DSO goals
- Provides analysis of accounts receivable to Division Controller and Operations Management
- Ensures that company policies, practices and programs are being followed throughout the company.
- Assists Division Controller with quarterly reporting
- Other duties and projects as assigned
