The Logistics Officer is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of day-to-day logistics activities, including shipment coordination, logistics documentation, SAP transactions, inventory support and delivery tracking. The role works closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure that goods and documents move efficiently, accurately and in compliance with company procedures and applicable requirements.
The role requires strong process discipline, attention to detail and ownership of logistics transactions from initiation through completion. The Logistics Officer is also expected to maintain audit-ready records, resolve operational exceptions promptly and contribute to continuous improvement across logistics processes.
