About the Role

As an Account Manager forTork, Essity’s leading professional hygiene brand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening customer relationships across part of Lithuania. You will work closely with distributors, end-users, and business partners to identify new opportunities, deliver value-based solutions, and support customers in improving hygiene, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers and key accounts across part of Lithuania.
Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within target segments.
Build strong relationships with distributors, end-user customers, sub-dealers.
Promote the Tork value proposition and recommend solutions that address customer needs.
Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and business reviews.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and account information in CRM systems.
Represent Essity and Tork at industry events, customer meetings, and trade exhibitions.

Who You Are

Experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, or a related commercial role.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and successfully close business.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in Lithuanian andEnglish as good working proficiency(written and spoken).
Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Lithuania and outside (sales conferences, trainings, etc.)
Being located in Vilnius or the surrounding area is considered an advantage.
