Pest Control Technician
Job Purpose: Provide pest control related services to prevent, maintain and control structural pests for residential and/or commercial clients.
Essential Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and pest issues.
- Apply pesticides and pest management solutions safely and in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Communicate service details, findings, and recommendations to clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, materials used, and customer interactions.
- Schedule and perform follow-up services to ensure pest issues are resolved and preventive measures are in place.
- Monitor and maintain assigned equipment, tools, and vehicle in clean and operational condition.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking, moving objects, climbing stairs, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug test, have a clean background, and have a valid driver's license (with a good driving record)
