Job Title: Contract Administrator
Location: Ballyclare, Northern Ireland
Salary: £27,000 (FTE)
Contract Type: 3 months fixed-term contract with
potential to go permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday 9:00-17:00 but
can be flexible
About the role
Join us as a Contract Administrator and you will get to play
an integral part in the provision of high quality grounds services across your
community. With strong communication and great organisational qualities, you
will provide invaluable operations
support to our 52 landscaping contracts, working across different client and
internal portals.
Requirements
- Strong
written and verbal communication skills
- Prior
experience in an administrative role managing helpdesks
- Capable
of dealing with a high workload and meeting deadlines
- IT
literate with a strong working knowledge of excel and an ability to pick
up new systems
- An
eye for detail and problem solving capabilities
- Proficiency
with basic Microsoft Office tools such as Excel.
- Some
CRM experience preferable – training will be provided on portals
